Equipment Needed: Bases and 8 to 16 Players

Step 1

Coach having trouble getting your kinds to run hard during sprints?

Place one player at each base and one between each base.

Step 2

On "GO" the players must chase the player in front of them until they catch them. Once they have caught them, they may stop. Once they have gone around three times without catching anyone, stop them for "good hustle."

Step 3

Try to place players of equal speed close to one another this will assure them giving a better effort in the running?

There is something about competition that make players work harder.
